We ship worldwide with Royal Mail and our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order.
You can get estimated the shipping charge before you check out in the shopping cart. Just select the country you are in and enter you postal or zip code.
If you order before 3pm (Monday - Friday) we'll ship your package the same day. Any orders that come in after 3pm are dispatched the next working day; you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order leaves us.
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. You can choose to have your order delivered 1st or 2nd Class. For orders over £25 shipping is free, we will send these orders 2nd Class but you can choose to pay for 1st Class postage if you prefer.

All UK orders over £75 will require a signature and we will email you the tracking number.
Orders sent 1st Class can take 1-2 working days to arrive, whilst 2nd Class it will be 2-3 working days.

All international orders are sent Airmail.

Orders to Western Europe should arrive within 3 working days, Eastern Europe within 5 working days and the rest of the world 5-7 working days. These times are not guaranteed but a guideline from Royal Mail and can vary during busy periods.

I want you to love your purchase from Tangled Yarn. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. The item must be in saleable condition which means they must have been kept in a smoke-free environment and yarn must have ball bands intact unused condition. We will refund you the full cost of the product and any relevant P&P from your order but you must pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note that needles, crochet hooks, patterns, magazines and books are not returnable unless they are faulty.
If the items have a retail value of more than £20.00 you will need to use a Royal Mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods should they go missing on route to us.
