Tukuwool Hakamaa Fingering is a local Finnish yarn at its best - Finnish Kainuu Grey - Rygja crossbreed wool comes from a specific farm in Petäjävesi, Middle Finland. Maija, the owner of the farm, takes pride in raising sheep for their wool especially. The wool is washed and spun in Virrat, Finland.

There are no additional chemical treatments in this undyed wool. The yarn has some lanolin left in it and feels soft and natural. Tukuwool Hakamaa yarns are an ethical and ecological choice.

The crossbreed of Kainuu Grey and Rygja is soft yet durable and wool comes in many different shades of grey - as well as natural white. We were lucky to get some light grey, we have a limited amount.

The shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. All international parcels are sent tracked.

◄CUSTOMS CHARGES
Tangled Yarn is now signed up for IOSS, collecting and remitting import VAT on your behalf. This means that VAT on orders under €150 will be paid by Tangled Yarn (not by you upon delivery). Please note that these new rules do not apply to orders over €150 and that parcels from the UK may still attract customs and handling charges, based on the practices/policies of your own countries authorities.

Customers outside the UK and the EU may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.

If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use
  • Downloadable patterns, printed patterns, books or magazines cannot be returned
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email (UK only)
  • Please send all items back to us using the label provided (UK only)

 

Additional Information:

  • We will process your return within two workings days
  • £2.95 will be reduced from your refund. (UK only)
  • International orders returned are at your own expense and we advise you use a tracked service
  • If returns are lost or damaged, there will be a delay in handling your return of 15 working days
