Shipping 

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail and our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order.

We do our very best to post out your order as soon as possible after receipt. This usually means the same day or the following day. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order leaves us.  

UK Customers

We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. All orders are sent tracked. 

Orders sent Tracked 24 usually can take 1-2 working days to arrive, this is not guaranteed. While Tracked 48 is typically 2-3 working day.

International Customers

All international orders are sent airmail.

The shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. All international parcels are sent tracked. 

Orders to Europe usually arrive within two to five working days however can take longer. Orders to the rest of the world typically take between five and ten working days however can take longer, customs can slow things down a little.

Returns 

I want you to love your purchase from Tangled Yarn. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be agreed beforehand, please email us at rachel(at)tangled-yarn.co.uk let us know the reason for your return and your order number.

• The item must be in a saleable condition which means they must have been kept in a smoke-free environment and yarn must have the ball bands intact unused condition.
• We will refund you the cost of the returned item including the original postage unless you are returning part of your order then the original postage charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning unless your item is faulty.
• Should you prefer an exchange, there will be an additional postage charge.
• Please note that needles, crochet hooks, patterns, magazines and books are not returnable unless they are faulty.
• Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty or we have been sent in error.

If the items have a retail value of more than £20.00 you will need to use a Royal Mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods should they go missing on route to us.

During this international pandemic, you are still able to order online from Tangled Yarn. We are processing orders as quickly as possible.

UK Orders are being posted four times a week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It may take me a little longer to pack and get your order ready during busier times so expected a delay of 24 - 48 hours. 

International Orders are being shipped twice a week; on Tuesday and Friday. Parcels are taking longer to arrive so please be patient.

Everything is sent tracked for your peace of mind. Orders are taking a little longer than average to arrive.
