Lake of Menteith Shawl [Kat Goldin]
Lake of Menteith Shawl by Kat Goldin
This shawl uses fan motifs to create its wide, narrow shape and open drape. It’s worked in Kat's favourite colour combo of blues, greys and chartruse, to reflect the moody, rainy summer that it was made in.
An easy crochet pattern. You start at the bottom with 3 adjoining motifs and then builds up in rows from there. The motifs are joined as you go, with outer edges using foundation stitches where there is no motif to work into.
A full schematic is included in the pattern. The pattern is written in UK standard crochet terminology and charted.
