Knit Morning is held the first Wednesday of the month, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Our Knit Night is held on the third Wednesday of each month, 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
It's a two-hour meetup and an excellent opportunity to make new friends whilst working on your current project, whether knitting, crocheting or another fibre-related craft.
So we can get as many people to attend, we would like to ask you to book either the morning or evening group, not both. If you do book both sessions, we will unfortunately have to remove both of your bookings.
Dates for booking will released monthly. Bookings will only be taken online. New dates will be released the day after the knit group.
If you aren't able to attend after booking, we ask that you cancel your place. You can do this by emailing us, asking us firstname.lastname@example.org or via your confirmation email. There is a link to cancel your place. If you go on to book and the group is full, you can go on the waiting list.
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be available. And we ask for a small donation of £2 to cover the cost.
Covid Safety - To ensure we are all safe, we ask that if you might have come into contact with COVID that you say away or you have symptoms or test positive that you refrain from attending.
If you'd like to visit our studio on a date that isn't currently available, please get in touch, and we will try to accommodate you.
Tangled Yarn is now signed up for IOSS, collecting and remitting import VAT on your behalf. This means that VAT on orders under €150 will be paid by Tangled Yarn (not by you upon delivery). Please note that these new rules do not apply to orders over €150 and that parcels from the UK may still attract customs and handling charges, based on the practices/policies of your own countries authorities.
Customers outside the UK and the EU may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.
If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of use
Downloadable patterns, printed patterns, books or magazines cannot be returned

If you have an account with us, you can log in and request a return from your account. Alternatively reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email (UK only)
Please send all items back to us using the label provided (UK only)
We will process your return within two workings days
£2.95 will be reduced from your refund. (UK only) The original postage charges will also be deducted.
International orders returned are at your own expense and we advise you use a tracked service
If returns are lost or damaged, there will be a delay in handling your return of 15 working days
