Gildas by Louisa Harding
Gildas is a single pattern leaflet. A feminine and versatile knit using Louisa Harding Amitola, lace and cables make this an interesting knitting project.
Designed to be worn either as a shawl or a shrug, small buttonholes are made in the rib and buttons sewn to the opposite side, when buttoned up the the ribs become the shawl shrug sleeve cuffs.
This pattern would suit an adventurous knitter as an understanding of how to do a picot cast on is required.
