Joan Shawl

3 items left

Joan Shawl is a new design by Florence Spurling. This beautiful shawl was inspired by a visit to the Joan of Arc Museum in Rouen, France. It uses six tones of fingering weight yarn and numerous slip-stitch patterns to create an engaging colour and pattern-filled accessory. The hybrid shawl/scarf shape is knit in four parts: a central piece, the left and right tips, and a border to reflect Joan's armour's multidirectional lines and structures.

We offer this beautiful shawl as a yarn kit that includes six full skeins of Kokon Merino Fingering in Ice, Sea, Drew, Cress, Copper and Smoke.
