LITLG Highland DK is a mixture of Corriedale and Merino wool, wholly untreated and sourced from sheep that roam the Peruvian highlands making a durable, woolly fabric. It is spun by the mill to support farmers and to promote sustainability in the region.

Exquisitely hand-dyed by Caroline and her small team at Life in the Long Grass in Ireland, we have 12 beautiful colours to choose from.

Highland DK is ideal for knitting sweaters and cardigans but equally suitable for small accessories, particularly hats and scarves.

For orders under £75 - £3.95 

We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.

When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

◄INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are sent airmail.

The shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. All international parcels are sent tracked.

Orders to Europe usually arrive within five to ten working days however can take longer at the moment.

Orders to the rest of the world typically take between ten and 15 working days however can take longer, customs can slow things down a little.

◄CUSTOMS CHARGES
Tangled Yarn is now signed up for IOSS, collecting and remitting import VAT on your behalf. This means that VAT on orders under €150 will be paid by Tangled Yarn (not by you upon delivery). Please note that these new rules do not apply to orders over €150 and that parcels from the UK may still attract customs and handling charges, based on the practices/policies of your own countries authorities.

Customers outside the UK and the EU may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.
▼RETURNS

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use
  • Downloadable patterns, printed patterns, books or magazines cannot be returned
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Please send all items back to us using the label provided

 

Additional Information:

  • We will process your return within two workings days
  • £2.95 will be reduced from your refund. In the case of an exchange, you will be invoiced £2.95 (UK only)
  • International orders returned are at your own expense and we advise you use a tracked service
  • If returns are lost or damaged, there will be a delay in handling your return of 15 working days
