Description - In this workshop, you will learn all the embroidery basics, four types of stitches and how to get the most out of the Gleem Embroidery Thread. This is the perfect session for beginners or people who have experimented with embroidery and are keen to explore new techniques and materials.
Tools & Materials - included in this workshop is an embroidery hook, calico fabric, Gleem Embroidery Thread in two colours and an embroidery needle. You will also receive a pattern guide at the end so that you can finish your hoop at home.
Available to use on the day will be needle threaders, heat erasable pens and scissors.
A hot drink and cake are included in the price. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
We are on the first floor, so there are stairs. There is parking at the front of the building.

About Hoop & Fred - Stephie is the Embroidery designer and artist behind Hoop & Fred. Inspired by the natural and the man(chester) made, Stephie creates finished art pieces, downloadable patterns and DIY embroidery kits. Stephie is passionate about encouraging others to embrace and explore their own creativity. Her kits and workshops are designed to give you all the tools, knowledge and confidence you need to start stitching your own beautiful pieces.

Cancellation policy - you can cancel your place in the workshop before 9 am on the day of the class by emailing email@example.com or using the online chat box. You'll receive a refund, but allow 48 hours to process this. A refund will not be issued if you cancel after 9 am on the workshop day.
Covid safety - your safety and ours are of paramount importance. We will, therefore, be regularly reviewing the situation of Covid-19. We ask that you do a lateral flow test on the morning of the workshop, as will we. Should you test positive for Covid or have symptoms, we ask you not to attend and let us know.
When your order’s been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your parcel will be with you in 3-5 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).
