A seamless top-down knit Orza Pullover uses textured stitches to their very best which really showcases the colour blocking and gradient striping, which is repeated in the sleeves where you have the option of knitting as shown or knit them to match.
Orza has an asymmetrical raglan shoulder with a deeper, rounded shape in the back, reminiscent of racer back tops and worked in a different ratio at the front and the back of the raglan construction.
In Mediterranean sailing terminology a boat is said to be sailing Orza when its sails are trimmed in tightly and it is sailing as close to the wind as possible. This point of sail lets the boat travel diagonally to the wind direction, or ‘upwind’.
