Stonethwaite is a richly cabled sweater that you’d wear proudly for many years to come. Knitted in The Fibre Co. Lore, it features a lattice of intricately woven cables down the front, back and sleeves. The sweater is knitted in pieces and seamed for stability and strength.

Yarn: The Fibre Co. Lore (100% lambswool, 250 m (273 yd) per 100 g skein) shown in Stable – 5 [6: 6: 7: 8: 9] skeins
Needles: 1 pair 4mm (US 6) straight or circular needles (or size to obtain gauge)
4mm (US 6) Cable needle
Tension/Gauge: 21 sts and 31 rows to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st using 4mm (US 6) needles; 20 sts and 31 rows to 10cm (4 in) measured over ribbed section after blocking using 4mm (US 6) needles; Cable panel (29 sts) measures 10 cm (4 in) wide
