Who doesn't love minis! These are just like the larger 100g skeins of Opus from Walcot Yarns, but instead of 100g skeins, they come in handy 20g skeins, making them ideal for colourwork and stripes.
Opus is Walcot Yarn's first yarn. As knitters themselves, they wanted to create a yarn that knitters and crocheters would fall in love with. Something soft yet strong enough to last the test of time.
A blend of Falkland Merino and Baby Alpaca makes Opus a lofty sport weight yarn perfect for garments and accessories. A super-soft handle, more similar to cashmere than your typical merino/alpaca blend, Opus is both a luxurious and hardwearing yarn.
It is available in eight shades, including two undyed shades. Opus's six shades are dyed on the natural grey base giving the colours a rich smokey effect.
