    Lang Yarns Jawoll has been a favourite among sock knitters for decades and for good reason. This classic wool/nylon blend comes in a selection of beautifully balanced shades, ideal for mixing, matching, contrasting and creating colourwork socks that really sing.

    Each 50g ball includes a clever little extra: a spool of matching heel and toe reinforcement, tucked neatly inside the skein. Hold it together with your yarn in areas that get the most wear, and your handmade socks will stay looking their best for longer.

    Soft, durable and endlessly versatile, Jawoll is just as happy being used for lightweight jumpers, mitts and accessories as it is for socks.

    Please note: two balls are required for a pair of adult socks.

    Yarn Weight: 4 ply /fingering weight
    Fibre: 75% virgin merino wool (extrafine, superwash), 25% nylon
    Length:     50g / 210m (229 yds) ball
    Needle Size:     2.5-3.5mm (US 1½ - 4)
    Gauge:     30 sts and 41 rows = 10cm
    Care:     Machine washable on wool cycle at 40°C
