All orders are sent using a tracked service. You should have received an email from us confirming your order has been dispatched with the tracking number. You can track its whereabouts at Royal Mail.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you want to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. To request a returns label, please email us at enquiries@tangled-yarn.co.uk and include the reason for your return or exchange.

All return and exchange requests will be reviewed before approval. A £3.95 charge applies to the returns label, which will be deducted from your final refund. For exchanges, this charge also covers the postage for your exchanged items.

If you are ordering within the UK, you will pay 20% VAT on your order. VAT is included in the price shown.If you are ordering from outside the UK, the tax will be removed at the checkout.
