Noro Haunui - New Zealand Wool
Noro Haunui is a beautifully crafted wool yarn made from a carefully developed blend of New Zealand Halfbred and Fine Romney sheep. Line-bred over generations, this special fleece is produced to an exceptionally high standard, with animal welfare at its heart — the sheep are never mulesed.
The fleece is sourced in New Zealand and then exported to Japan, where it is carded and spun by Noro using their exacting techniques. In keeping with Noro’s philosophy, the wool is never over-processed, allowing the fibre’s natural character, warmth and resilience to shine through.
