This booklet from Sandnes Garn includes two designs, the Debutant Sweater and Debutant Cardigan. The sweater and cardigan can be knit for children (2 - 12 yrs) or women (XS - 5XL). Additionally, the pattern instructions allow you to choose between top-down or bottom-up. Both designs are worked seamlessly, so an understanding of knitting in one piece is needed. Overall, though, these patterns are suitable for an adventurous beginner!
