Bursting with Colour
Summer is finally here! My garden has sprung into life with early summer blooms, the bees are busying themselves away making hay whilst the sun shines.
And whilst my garden is awash with colour the Tangled Yarn stockroom is getting in on the action too, with the arrival of our newest yarn, Supersoft 100% Wool from Danish company Holst Garn. We've 20 stunning colours in this 4ply yarn, it's perfect for summer knitting or crochet, great too for fairisle and colourwork!
A classic 2ply construction, Supersoft 100% Wool can be worked with one thread to give you a gauge of 25 stitches per 10cm or worked double to give a gauge of 16 stitches per 10cm. The wool does contain a little spinning oil, this though will disappear with the first wash. The feel and appearance also changes once washed, it really softens up and blooms!
