Retrosaria Brusca
Retrosaria Brusca is a breed and flock-specific yarn from Portugal. This wonderful Portuguese wool is spun from 50% Saloia, 50% Merino White and Merino black wool, which all adds to the rustic charm of this knitting yarn. Saloia is the native sheep breed in Lisbon and Setúbal in Portugal. It has been well documented since the 19th century as it was one of the finest available in the country.
As a rustic heavy DK yarn, Brusca is an excellent choice for knitting sweaters. It comes in a beautiful colour palette, and its texture makes it an excellent choice for colourwork.
The wool used in Brusca is from free-roaming sheep. It is cruelty-free as mulesing is not practised in Portugal.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you want to return or exchange an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. To request a returns label, please email us at enquiries@tangled-yarn.co.uk and include the reason for your return or exchange.
All return and exchange requests will be reviewed before approval. A £3.95 charge applies to the returns label, which will be deducted from your final refund. For exchanges, this charge also covers the postage for your exchanged items.
