  We ship worldwide with Royal Mail and our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order.

  We do our very best to post out your order as soon as possible after receipt. This usually means the same day or the following day. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order leaves us.  

  UK Customers

  We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. All orders are sent using a tracked service; you can choose either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.  

  Orders over £50 postage are free; please use the discount code FREEPOST50, we will send these orders using Tracked 48. If you prefer Tracked 24, you have the option to pay for this instead.

  ^Next Day Delivery - £10.95

  Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 don't require a signature, we will email you the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. You can allocate a safe place which can be a neighbour or secure place on your property to leave your order.

  Orders sent Tracked 24 usually can take 1-2 working days to arrive, while Tracked 48 will usually take 2-3 working days, this is not guaranteed.

  ^ please note that that Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday, this guarantees delivery the next working day before 1pm. We can't guarantee orders paced on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday unless it is a bank holiday and then they will be sent on Tuesday. 

  International Customers

  All international orders are sent airmail.

  The shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. All international parcels are sent tracked.

  Orders to Europe usually arrive within two to five working days however can take longer. Orders to the rest of the world typically take between five and seven working days however can take longer, customs can slow things down a little.

  Returns 

  I want you to love your purchase from Tangled Yarn. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be agreed beforehand, please email us at rachel(at)tangled-yarn.co.uk let us know the reason for your return and your order number.

  • The item must be in a saleable condition which means they must have been kept in a smoke-free environment and yarn must have the ball bands intact unused condition.
  • We will refund you the cost of the returned item including the original postage unless you are returning part of your order then the original postage charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning unless your item is faulty.
  • Should you prefer an exchange, there will be an additional postage charge.
  • Please note that needles, crochet hooks, patterns, magazines and books are not returnable unless they are faulty.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty or we have been sent in error.

  If the items have a retail value of more than £20.00 you will need to use a Royal Mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods should they go missing on route to us.
