The Elva Tee is a ribbed T-shirt perfect for warmer weather. Worked from the top down in a rib pattern. Start working the neckband, then continue with turning rows to shape a deeper neckline; at the same time, increase for the raglan. When inc for raglan is finished, work sleeves, back and front separately.
