A lovely v-neck cropped sweater by Andrea Mowry, The Daydreamer incorporates honeycomb cables, twisted stitches and bobbles! The sample was knit with a strand of mohair held double with a fingering weight yarn, we love Erika Knight Wool Local with ITO Sensai for this sweater!

Recommended ease is positive 6-12”/15 -30.5 cm; Sample is shown in Size 2 on a 34”/86.5 cm bust with 10”/25.5 cm positive ease. My testers found they preferred going down a size rather than up when between sizes, especially for the larger sizes.

Needles: Main Fabric: US 5/3.75 mm – 32”/80 cm to 40”/100 cm circular and preferred needles for small circum. knitting (Magic Loop or DPNs)
Ribbing: US 3/3.25 mm - 32”/80 cm to 40”/100 cm circular and preferred needles for small circum. knitting (Magic Loop or DPNs), plus a spare for the Tubular Bind Off.
(Use the needle size you need to achieve gauge. Go down 2 needle sizes for the ribbing.)
Notions: Stitch marker, cable needle (optional, see notes for a tutorial on cabling without a needle), row counter (recommended), scissors, waste yarn or stitch holders
Gauge: 26.75 sts & 31 rows = 4”/10 cm on larger needles.
Measured over honeycomb cables in the round, after blocking.
