This question keeps cropping up so I thought I'd just do a quick blog post explaining where you enter your discount code at the checkout and hopefully it should clear things up!
Shopping Cart - it's here where you can chose to either continue shopping or start the checkout process. You can also get an estimate of the delivery/shipping cost by entering your postal code or zip code. You can also leave any special instructions about your order here.
Create your order - you'll be asked to enter your email address, billing and shipping address, if these are the same to save time just tick the box "ship items to the above billing address". It's also helpful to include a telephone number just in case I have any questions about your order.
Shipping & Payment - now this is the screen where you enter any discount code you may have, "Have a discount code? Enter it here" simply paste or type in your discount code and then click "apply" . If your using a gift card to pay, there's a place for that too. Next choose your preferred shipping method followed by your payment method. You can also sign up for our newsletter that is sent out usually monthly sometime bi-monthly depending on what's happening!
Confirmation of Order - your order will be confirmed and an order number will be given, you will also be asked if you'd like to set up an account. If you're order a downloadable knitting pattern, it's from here you can follow the link to download your pattern. A confirmation email will also be sent to you, we will also email you again once your order has been dispatched and this will include any tracking number if it's applicable to your order.
